The all-in-one operating system for pet waste removal businesses, simplifying scheduling, routing, billing, and client management.

How do I get started with ScooPilot?

Start your 14-day software trial from the pricing page. A card is required, and software billing begins after the trial. Optional Voice Agent plans are billed immediately. Once you sign up, a guided onboarding wizard walks you through your company profile, pricing setup, and Stripe connection. You can import your existing client data and start scheduling routes the same day.

How long does it take to set up?

Most businesses are fully operational within a few hours. The onboarding wizard handles your company profile, pricing configuration, and payment setup step by step. If you're migrating from another platform, our team will help with the data import so nothing gets lost.

Can I import my existing customer data?

Yes. ScooPilot has purpose-built importers for Sweep & Go and Jobber exports, handling their specific data formats automatically. You can also upload any CSV file and use the interactive column-mapping wizard to bring in contacts, properties, service plans, and invoice history. AI-assisted mapping handles column name variations automatically.

How do I handle weekly and biweekly customers?

ScooPilot uses route-first scheduling that locks recurring customers to specific days. Weekly customers get the same day every week, and biweekly customers alternate weeks on their assigned day. The system automatically builds route density by grouping customers geographically on the same service days, minimizing drive time between stops.

Do I need to download an app?

No downloads required. ScooPilot is fully browser-based — your dashboard runs on desktop, and your technicians access their routes from their phone's browser. The mobile interface supports offline mode and can be installed to the home screen like a native app.

Which plans include API access and marketing CRM?

API access and core operating tools are included on every plan, including Start. Marketing CRM—lead pipelines, campaigns, and automated marketing follow-ups—is included on Solo, Crew, Fleet, and Operator, but not Start, the lowest tier. Extras such as TimePilot, driving extras, and local phone numbers are optional add-ons. Team and usage limits still vary by plan.

What are the ScooPilot plans and pricing?

USD monthly pricing: Start $10 (1 user), Solo $29 (1 user), Crew $59 (3 users), Fleet $99 (6 users), and Operator $219 (unlimited users). All plans include unlimited clients and a 14-day software trial. A card is required; software billing begins after the trial. Canadian pricing is shown on the pricing page.

Can I add more users to my plan?

Yes. Extra users cost US$15/user/month on Start or US$12/user/month on Solo, Crew, and Fleet. In Canada, these are CA$21 and CA$16 respectively. Operator includes unlimited users. You can add or remove users from your settings.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee for your ScooPilot software subscription. Data migration from Sweep & Go, Jobber, or CSV is included. Self-service voice setup is included. Optional done-for-you implementation: US$49 one time (regularly US$99) through December 31, 2026. US$99 from January 1, 2027.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Is there a contract or annual commitment?

No contracts, no annual commitment. ScooPilot is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalties.

Does ScooPilot include route optimization?

Yes. The visual route builder plots all your stops on a map and one-click AI optimization finds the shortest path using TSP algorithms with real-world driving distances from Mapbox. You can also manually drag stops into any order, lock routes once perfected, and track real-time completion as your crew works through the day.

How does the yard measurement tool work?

Open any property on a high-resolution satellite map, click to draw a polygon around the yard boundary, and ScooPilot calculates the exact square footage using geodesic math. The measurement image is saved and automatically attached to the quote — so clients see exactly what they're paying for.

How does quoting work?

ScooPilot generates multi-tier proposals (Essential, Premium, Deluxe) based on the number of dogs, yard size, and service frequency. For commercial properties, it accounts for waste stations, crew size, mileage, dump fees, and common area time. Proposals are sent via email or SMS and clients can accept online without creating an account.

How do tech notes and gate codes work?

Each property stores gate codes, access instructions, dog profiles (breed, count, behavioral notes), and any special instructions. Technicians see all of this in the mobile interface when they navigate to a stop — no phone calls needed.

How does recurring billing and autopay work?

Invoices are generated automatically when visits are completed. Clients can save a card on file and enable autopay — payments process without any manual effort. Failed payments trigger automatic retry and client notifications. You can bill per service, weekly, or monthly depending on your preference.

Can my clients pay online?

Yes. Clients pay through their branded portal using a credit or debit card, or via payment links sent by SMS or email. They can also add a tip at checkout. Autopay handles recurring billing automatically.

How does the client portal work?

Each client gets a branded self-service portal where they can view upcoming and past visits, pay invoices, update dog information, review and accept proposals, and pause or resume their service — all without a phone call to your office.

Does ScooPilot have two-way SMS?

Yes. Send and receive text messages directly from ScooPilot with full conversation threading per contact. You can also send MMS images (up to 5 per message), set automated service reminders and payment follow-ups, and configure quiet hours so clients never get a text at 3 AM.

Does ScooPilot integrate with QuickBooks?

Yes. The QuickBooks Online integration syncs contacts, invoices, and payments bidirectionally. When an invoice is marked paid in ScooPilot, the payment is automatically recorded in QuickBooks. Every sync attempt is logged so you can quickly spot and fix any issues.

Can I see which routes and customers are profitable?

Yes. ScooPilot's profitability tools show you exactly how much profit each customer and each route generates after accounting for labor, fuel, travel time, and overhead. Route profit maps display profitable zones in green and unprofitable zones in red on an interactive map. The AI pricing optimizer can flag underpriced accounts and model the impact of a price increase before you make the change.

Can I send automated reminders?

Yes. Automate service reminders, invoice follow-ups, and payment confirmations via email or SMS. Use customizable templates with merge fields like {firstName}, {serviceDate}, and {total} for personalized, professional messaging at scale.

What is the AI Voice Agent?

The AI Voice Agent is an optional add-on that answers inbound calls to your business 24/7. It's trained on your company's services, pricing, and service area — so it can answer questions accurately, look up existing customers, and book new services through a natural voice conversation. It's a backup for calls you miss while on a route, not a replacement for your personal touch.

How much does the AI Voice Agent cost?

USD monthly pricing: Voice Starter $10 for 10 minutes, Scooper Voice $69 for 75 minutes, Scooper Pro $129 for 150 minutes, and Fleet Voice $229 for 350 minutes. Additional minutes cost $0.75, $0.49, $0.39, and $0.25 respectively. Voice plans are billed immediately, separately from the software trial. Does it work with my existing phone number?

The AI Voice Agent is provisioned with a dedicated local phone number in your preferred area code. You forward your business line to this number (or use it as your primary number) so the agent catches any call you miss.

All plans include email support and access to our help center. You can also reach us at info@scoopilot.com. We're a small, focused team — you'll hear from a real person, not a bot.
