Last Updated: October 16, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Servicd, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of ScooPilot. By installing, accessing, or using the ScooPilot software platform (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA and your active subscription, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely for your internal business operations related to pet waste removal services.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software or any portion thereof.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Use the Software to build a competing product or service.
  • Share login credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access your account.
  • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all content, features, and functionality, is and remains the exclusive property of Servicd, LLC. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Company.

4. User Data

You retain ownership of the business data you input into the Software. You grant the Company a limited license to process this data to deliver the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your data to third parties. Only anonymized data that does not identify subscribers, customers, or callers may be used to train or improve AI models. This permission does not extend to identifiable customer records, call recordings, or transcripts. We will not attempt to re-identify anonymized training data.

5. AI Features & Voice Agent

The Software includes AI-powered features, including an optional AI Voice Agent. By enabling these features:

  • You acknowledge that AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or error-free.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable call recording and disclosure laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You agree that the Company is not liable for any missed bookings, incorrect information communicated by the AI, or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.

6. Updates and Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Software at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes. Continued use of the Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. If you cancel, your license and access continue until the end of the current paid billing period, or the end of the trial if you cancel during the trial. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of this EULA or non-payment. When access ends, you must cease use of the Software. Account data, including recordings and transcripts, may be retained for up to 90 days for account recovery and then deleted, except records required for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. You may request a copy of your data before access ends. Irreversibly anonymized data may be retained for model improvement as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servicd, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. These exclusions and limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Loudoun County, Virginia, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
